PurrVPN Terms of Service

• By using PurrVPN, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
• You must not use the service for illegal activities.
• We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
• We enforce a strict No-Logs Policy, but users remain responsible for their actions.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and PurrVPN (the "Company").

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must:

• be at least 18 years old
• have legal capacity to enter into agreements
• comply with applicable laws

PurrVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that enables encrypted internet connections.

We may:

• modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• update features without prior notice

You agree not to use PurrVPN for:

• illegal activities under applicable law
• distribution of malware or harmful code
• unauthorized access to systems (hacking)
• fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• distribution of prohibited content

You are solely responsible for your actions while using the service.

PurrVPN adheres to a strict No-Logs Policy as described in the Privacy Policy.

However:

• absence of logs does not exempt users from legal liability
• users remain fully responsible for compliance with laws

• Services may be provided on a subscription basis
• Payments are processed via third-party providers
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these Terms
• required by law or authorities
• necessary to protect infrastructure or other users

You may terminate your use at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation
• availability in all regions
• absolute anonymity or security

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of data, profits, or business
• actions of third parties

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.

Use of the service must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including but not limited to:

• Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"
• Criminal and administrative laws

Users are responsible for ensuring legality of their actions.

All rights to the service, software, and branding belong to the Company.

Users may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the service
• reverse engineer the software

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• cyberattacks
• government actions
• infrastructure failures

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Disputes shall be resolved:

• through negotiations, or
• in courts of competent jurisdiction in the Russian Federation

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
