• We do not log user activity (No-Logs).
• We do not track websites, traffic, DNS queries, or destination IP addresses.
• We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service.
• We comply with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing of personal data of users of the PurrVPN service (the "Company").

This Policy is developed in accordance with:

• Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"
• Regulations of Roskomnadzor

By using PurrVPN, the user agrees to this Policy.

2.1 Personal Data

We may process:

• email address
• payment-related data (via payment processors)
• support communications

2.2 Technical Data (Minimal)

• device type and OS
• application version

We do not collect technical data that can identify user internet activity.

PurrVPN implements a strict and principled No-Logs Policy.

We do not collect or store:

• browsing history
• traffic content
• DNS queries
• incoming or outgoing IP addresses of the user
• session timestamps that enable identification
• connection logs
• VPN session data

Architectural Principle

• it is technically impossible to reconstruct user activity
• no activity correlation mechanisms exist
• there is no centralized logging of user actions

• the Company does not possess data capable of identifying user activity
• disclosure is limited strictly to data actually available

Data is processed solely for:

• providing VPN access
• payment processing
• customer support
• infrastructure security

Pursuant to Article 6 of 152-FZ, processing is based on:

• user consent
• performance of a contract (VPN services)
• legal obligations under Russian law

• account data - for the duration of the subscription
• financial data - as required by Russian tax laws
• support requests - up to 24 months

After the purposes are fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties.

Data may be shared only with:

• payment processors
• hosting providers (as technically necessary)
• government authorities - only upon lawful request

In accordance with Article 18.1 of 152-FZ:

• personal data of Russian citizens may be stored within the Russian Federation
• cross-border transfers comply with legal requirements

Users have the right to:
